# DeFAI-Index AI Agent

The Index AI Agent functions like the S\&P 500 but for crypto. It selects 10 cryptocurrencies, calculates their average performance, and creates a single index token reflecting their combined value. Users can buy or sell the index token, with a burn-and-mint mechanism ensuring supply adjusts dynamically based on demand. This simplifies diversification by giving exposure to multiple crypto assets with a single token, while the index price is determined by the average performance of the selected cryptocurrencies.

* Curated Crypto Indexes: The AI Agent compiles and manages multiple crypto indexes, examples:

1. Top AI Crypto Index: Focused on the leading AI-driven tokens in the market.
2. Top 10 Crypto Tokens Index: Highlighting the most prominent and stable assets in the industry.
3. Mid-Cap Index: Featuring tokens with market caps between $100 million and $500 million.
4. Low-Cap Index: Targeting emerging tokens with market caps between $1 million and $100 million.
5. KOL Index: high conviction portfolio indexes by the top KOLs(Eg; CZ’s high conviction top 10 crypto)
6. Decentralized Index: user/community built Indexes.

NOTE: In-all these Indexes, $AITG will also be included. Thus, bringing token exposure and utility to our native token.

* Automated Rebalancing: The AI Agent performs bi-weekly rebalancing of the indexes, ensuring that portfolios remain optimized according to market price movements. This process eliminates the manual effort required by traditional portfolio management.
* Transparent Insights: Index AI Agent will be tweeting and tracking the real-time price movements and performance of tokens within the indexes through automated updates. This ensures transparency and enables informed decision-making.
